so i got tagged in this craze that's going around now #20factsaboutme a while ago. didn't want to do it so i left it aside, and promptly forgot all about it. until it started popping up all over the place, but i still didn't want to do it. lol. then, another friend tagged me in it, and i felt like, agh.. ok fine. but of course, i wanted to have a sort of a fighting chance (if you can call it that) before giving up and succumbing to peer love and pressure. so, i said "alrightttttt if one more person tags me in it". because that seemed like a pretty far off chance. 10 minutes later = = this low mei yen (one of my closest and most insane friend from the piano class days) person tagged me.
i like sticking to my word so.
i rarely give out too personal information, and i'll probably regret this later. but after i decided i had to do it, as usual, that little box of insanity in my mind popped open like a terribly miscallibrated jack-in-a-box.
It was telling me (more like screaming at the top of its voice) "I WILL MAKE THE BEST. THE MOST HONEST. THE MOST PERSONAL. TWENTY FACTS EVER". because i'm competitive like that (I'm well aware this exists only in my mind, but, let me have something now, will you? haha)
it was incredibly painfully long, and i doubt anyone will actually read all of it, because i did go on for quite a bit.
still it's too personal for Facebook, so... well yeah. this'll be some sort of reward... or curse. haha i don't know. pfft
anyway, here it is :)

*incomprehensible noises of reluctancy* thanks a lot, guys @massmurdermindset @foureyeswonder @meiyenlow it’s sweet you guys thought of me so i decided this’d be a one- time only, extremely personal type thing alright? Ok.
1. I’m a firm believer of “cute aggression”
2. I know a little about a lot, which is both good and bad
3. Today, i went out into the rain and let it soak through my clothes because i could. There’s a word for the scent of rain on dry earth, and it’s beautiful. Petrichor
4. I am most grateful for the five senses
5. I love randomly making things for friends and surprising them
6. But have internal dilemmas and psychological pain when trying to deciding the who and the “limit”. I’m slowly trying to come to terms that you can’t always please everyone.
7. To be completely comfortable with someone takes a lot. I have a very strong? idea of what friendship is. And after i feel “close” to you, if you do something that doesn’t fit that idea, i get crushed. Even if it’s not directed at me (see 17)
8. The first time i saw pornography was accidental and i was so shocked, i cried at @roflmanda for more than 30 minutes
9. If i type “LOL” in caps, it means whatever it was literally made me L O L, and probably in public hahaha
10. I never feel like i have “enough” information (exhibit A the no. of tabs open when im assignmenting)
11. The grand budapest hotel is the most beautiful film i have ever seen
12. Despite my strong believe in personal space, i found out that i actually love hugs and that out of all the hugs i’ve had, i do have a single all-time favourite hug moment (which is ridiculous.. i think about it a lot too. which is even more so.)
13. The idea of sharing a bed with someone for the rest of my life scares me
14. The longest i’ve gone w/o sleep is 30 hours, because i thought “what’s another 6 hours? At least then it’ll be a nice, round number”. Literally my logic at the time
15. I’ve cut myself peeling an orange. just the orange. No knives or anything. There was blood.
16. I spend too much of my time binging on video content
17. I believe in the idea “do unto others as you’d have them do unto you”. If i have to make a decision with social components, i always think “would i like it if someone did that to me?”
18. I’ve never figured out what to do with limbs (or the rest of me) when photographed. I admire those who do know
19. I can’t touch dead things. Earthworm, no problem. Dead earthworm? Heck no
20. I play the guitar and the piano. Not very good, but i love slowly figuring the notes/chords/keys etc. of songs on my own, and then singing along to them. But if you ask me to sing it for you, i’ll lie and pretend i don’t know what the lyrics are. Because, well ya know
